I moved to the Pacific Northwest in January of 1990 because of the mountains and the water. I worked for REI from 1990-1995 and acquired many friends and gear for my adventures. I worked with Walrus/Moss tents before joining the Alta Group. I enjoy everything outdoors, especially adventures in remote regions. My best trips have been in the St. Elias Range, Alaska Range, Aniakchak Crater, North Cascades and Ruth Gorge. I love Alaska. I love the Cascades. I love the BC Coastal Range. I enjoy all types of fishing except trolling. Fly fishing for salmon rules, and so does high mountain lake fishing for trout. Mountain biking on a two-niner is the new nirvana, and I can’t wait to do it in the Chilcotin Range.

I work with a bunch of fun folks, all bad-asses in their own way. And I am not talking only about the AG. I am talking about all of the people I work with
